Stuart P. Gelberg

With extensive experience in bankruptcy law, Mr. Gelberg offers comprehensive legal representation for various parties involved in bankruptcy proceedings. His distinguished career includes service as a Chapter 13 Trustee in both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, appointment by the United States Trustee for the Second Circuit, and participation in numerous appeals from Bankruptcy Court that have resulted in published decisions cited by other Courts. Mr. Gelberg is admitted to practice in all United States District Courts in New York State, the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
