Before joining Pond Lehocky, Mr. Cohen clerked for two federal agencies responsible for interpreting and enforcing a range of labor and employment statutes focused on the protection of workers’ rights. After his first year of law school, Mr. Cohen interned with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, in Washington, D.C. In his second year, he served as a legal intern for the U.S. Department of Labor in Region III of the Office of the Solicitor, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Joining Pond Lehocky as an intern in the spring of 2016, Mr. Cohen conducted research and analysis on workers’ compensation systems across the United States, and Pennsylvania workers’ compensation legislation before joining the firm as a full-time associate.
