Melissa R. Chandy earned her law degree in 2006 from The Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University. While in law school, she was a member of the Minority Law Students Association and the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. She was also a member of Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. Prior to attending law school, she received her Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2003 from the University of Toronto.
