David Ebenhack, Esq.

David J. Ebenhack, Esq., obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of San Diego and earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School on a merit scholarship, where he was an enthusiastic participant in moot court. Throughout law school, David interned with the District Attorney's Office in the Preliminary Hearings Department, skillfully conducting a vast range of preliminary hearings. After law school, he joined a plaintiff's firm specializing in business litigation and entertainment law, where he was an integral member of their litigation department, participating in the settlement of many high-value cases. David then spent six years at a personal injury firm, developing extensive expertise in traffic accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, trip and fall accidents, and traumatic brain injuries.
